How can Clinical Hypnotherapy Help?

Clinical hypnotherapy has for years been acknowledged by many people as the chosen mechanism to give up smoking. What is now recognised is that clinical hypnotherapy assists with many other conditions as well.FRANCESCO RIDOLFI 3406726114

Referrals are increasing as medical practitioners are confident that clinical hypnotherapy produces valid research evidence. Client reports and evidenced based research have demonstrated to other health professionals the effectiveness of clinical hypnotherapy leading to increased referrals. The list of conditions and challenges that clinical hypnotherapy is treating successfully continues to grow.

It could be said that hypnosis in the clinical setting – that is, not for entertainment – can be grouped into Issues and Challenges.
Issues are where something is interfering with a person’s day-to-day life. Our clients seek relief from fears (such as a fear of dogs, flying or public speaking), stress, pain, sexual issues or insomnia.

Challenges are where our clients want to gain or enhance abilities, sports performance, memory (e.g. for exams), confidence, to name a few. Clinical hypnotherapy is not a magic wand but clients have gained relief and benefits after so many other treatment strategies have fallen short. As you can appreciate any list cannot cover everything but areas where clinical hypnotherapy has assisted are:

Everyday Issues:
   Anxiety
   Stress

  Poor decision making
   Lack of Confidence
